District Nurses provide nursing support to patients who are unable to attend surgery. Patients who are confined to their homes and need nursing assistance may arrange with their doctor for a district nurse to call.
The Health Visitors provide all aspects of health surveillance for babies and their families. They hold weekly child health clinics at all sites and can give advice on health care, particularly for expectant mothers and small children under the age of five.
If you have a problem affecting your health or your child’s health, they can signpost you to sources of help.
These Nursing Staff are employed by Bradford District Care Foundation Trust. They cover all of our branches and referrals are automatically generated by clinical staff when required or during the registration process.
