Register with the practice

We welcome new patients at all three of our surgeries in Great Horton, Wibsey and Buttershaw.

We can only accept online registrations for patients that are 16 or over. For all children please visit one of our three surgeries.

You will be invited to attend a New Patient Interview with a Healthcare Assistant, which enables us to offer you a base line medical assessment and give you information on services offered by the practice.

Please note that all our patients register with the Practice, not with individual doctors. You may, if you wish, express a preference to see a specific GP, but this may cause some delay.

Can we provide you with help and advice without booking an appointment? You can now contact your doctors to get advice for your problem now. Whether you want help with you condition such as back pain, or you want general advice on tiredness, weakness or pain or you need help with your child like a rash or vomiting, our doctors are available online to help.

Travel Advice

Provides up-to-date pre-travel advice to individual patients or family groups.
After a detailed assessment to identify any travel health risks from the destination, the itinerary or pre-existing medical conditions, advice on risk prevention/reduction will be given.

The Clinic:

• Is open every Tuesday from 2pm – 8pm
• Provides all recommended vaccinations
• Is a registered Yellow Fever centre
• Offers ACWY for only £35

• Membership with the British and Global Travel Health Association
• Associate membership with the Faculty of Travel Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow (AFTM RCPSG).
