Liz has overall responsibility for the Reception and Access teams within the practice. Focussing on maintaining high levels of patient service and satisfaction, improving access to the practice and implementing new ways of working and technological developments. Liz also works closely with the Patient Participation Group, the Practice Health Champions, to enable them to give valuable feedback and input to the practice’s health outcome objectives.
Nick has overall responsibility for the running of the practice and the welfare of the team. He identifies new opportunities to expand the range of services provided and is also a member of the partnership team.
